Tender at the Bone by Ruth Reichl
If you are a fan of memoirs, you should read this book. Reichl is funny and thoughtful as she writes about how she came to love food and cooking and those who shaped her life. A well-known food writer, Reichl has been restaurant critic for both the Los Angeles Times and New York Times, as well as editor in chief of Gourmet Magazine.
