Blaise’s September Recommendation

Born to Run by Christopher McDougall

“I am definitely not a runner, walking is more my speed, but nonetheless I enjoyed this book!  McDougall introduces us to a cast of interesting characters, taking us from the canyons of Mexico to ultramarathons in the Colorado Mountains as he writes about training and running for a race in Mexico.   A great blend of anthropology, kinesiology and memoir, enjoyable even for non-runners like me!”
